Welcome to Fund Momentum! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fund Momentum website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Fund Momentum ("we", "us", or "our").

1. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Free Access
Core Platform is Free: Fund Momentum is committed to democratizing access to capital. All core features—including fund discovery, advanced filtering, viewing full fund details, saving favorites, and Excel data export—are completely free for all registered users. There is no paywall for these essential tools.
Third-Party Analytics: We use Google Analytics (operated by Google LLC) for website analytics and traffic analysis to better understand how our Service is used and to improve user experience.
3. Newsletter
Fund Momentum publishes "Cutting Through the Noise", a Substack newsletter for founders featuring real-talk fundraising stories and experiences.
- Free Tier: Stories, strategies, and insights from real fundraising campaigns.
- Paid Tier: Exact fundraising playbooks and templates delivered on Notion.
The newsletter is hosted on Substack (schneida.substack.com) and is governed by Substack's terms of service regarding subscriptions and payments. For more details, visit our Newsletter page.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract data from the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fund Momentum and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Fund Momentum Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
