Investment arm of the Polish Development Fund (PFR), the largest fund-of-funds manager in CEE. Over 90 VC and PE funds in its portfolio, more than 900 underlying companies, over PLN 3bn under management. Allocates through the Starter, Biznest, Open Innovation, KOFFI and NCBR CVC programmes; the current round runs through the EU's FENG programme. Co-financing rule: every two PLN of EU capital draws in one PLN of private capital, which deliberately favours first-time fund teams.
